System Schematic Drawings
Air Alliance can provide System Schematic Drawings in compliance with Health & Safety Regulations.
Clause 74 of the Health & Safety Executive handbook HSG39 Compressed Air Safety states the following: -
Users of pressure systems should keep a schematic drawing of the air system showing pipe runs, intended direction of air flow, and the positions of fittings such as valves, drains, etc. The drawings should be amended when modifications or additions are made to the system. Any graphic symbols used should comply with BS ISO 1219: 1991 fluid power systems and components, graphic symbols and circuit diagrams.
Each significant part of the pressure system schematic drawing can be issued an alphanumeric identification tag, which can then be used in conjunction with a Written Scheme of Examination to easily identify the parts to be inspected.
